Vehicle Condition & Inspection
We request all customers to inspect their vehicles with our attendants before hand-over. Any pre-existing damages, scratches, or technical issues must be reported. We are only responsible for damages directly caused by our staff during handling.
Valuables & Personal Belongings
Please remove all cash, electronics, jewelry, and expensive personal items from the car before parking. The company will not be held liable for the loss or theft of any loose items left inside the vehicle.
Claim & Delivery Policy
Vehicles will only be returned upon presenting the valid parking ticket or digital token issued at the time of check-in. If you lose your ticket, proof of ownership (ID and registration) will be required, which may delay the delivery.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited strictly to the physical handling of the vehicle. We are not responsible for natural disasters, fire, technical mechanical failures, or any unforeseen incidents beyond our control.
